Open VRML in artoolkit v5

I'm a beginner in artoolkit and I saw a little tutorial that uses a file .exe named simpleVRML.exe, but I can't find this file. Then, I read that I need to download the Open VRML library but here's my problem. It seems that I need to compile the files on VisualStudio, but the library files were written on VS 2005 and I use the VS2017 and I can't compile.

What I want to do is this: I have a 3D model and just want to configure a marker to show this model. Can someone help me or there is a tutorial to help me to do this?

I managed to build it using VS2015, so 2017 should be similar.

I didn't need to do everything.
The main thing was to build the boost libraries by running the bootstrap.bat file and then b2.exe
Updgraded all the openvrml projects to 2015
Added the boost include and lib folders to all projects
I had a problem with one function that called boost::test_tools::check_is_close so I botched a fix
